Judging
To maintain your Certification status, the APP requires that the Certified member participate as a Judge at Mid Winter or Spring Clinic at least every year. There are many opportunities for Judging in every discipline each and every year. In the fall of each year, the Board appoints a Head Judge as well as up to two Assistant Head Judges to each discipline. The Head Judge assists with the educational curriculum, as well as ensuring that Judges are available at every Mid Winter Clinic and the Spring Clinic. Certified Patrollers interested in Judging, especially in any of the vacancies identified OPEN below, contact the Criteria Coordinators, Mike Nolen or CJ Svela.
A special thanks in advance to all of the Certified Patrollers who volunteer their time and efforts in the roles of Head and Assistant Judges as well as Judges at the many Clinics to be held this coming season.
